As long as you don't fit Daytons you should be fine. A word of advice though, bigger wires aren't so great in the whole not-flexing thing.

Im after some 17" or 18" for show and some 14" also.

My current rims look alright but there 15" and i feel that 15" is not big enough nor' small enough to me they look a bit odd.

I was talking to some old geezer today who was talking about my rimz being straight spokes and how they will flex and work loose but should take a fair bit of stick and how bigger wires will flex more also i see 17/18" are'nt so deep dished which wont help either.

My wanted parts list is ever growing and wheels should be bottom of the list really, hav'nt sorted the hydraulics yet,but the heart wants what the heart wants.

some'n like this.

problems, problems.problems que bollockchops/essee......anyway for years i said dont whatever you do go bigger than 15s.......i ate my own words when i bought 20s for my old s, which gray bought, i did no more than 60 miles on a brand new set of 20s(second set) sold the car to gray ,he got home a spoke snapped,......had the wires on me coupe(18s) for 1200 miles between mots, found one loose spoke on the front, and one of the rears will not whatever you do stop rattling/creaking which sucks....the problem with em is they aint too servicable, the ends of the spokes are tightened then ground off and covered in sealant(front lace) so if you tighten em up normally they leak, providing they aint seized so your left with molegrips around a spoke, which also sucks.im lucky in that i have the old chromes for back up on me coupe

Please, if you take any advice away from this forum, listen to Perm on this one!

Two of the 17" wires, supplied with my car, were leaking air... but I knew before I bought, hoping I'd be able to refurb them.  Just like Perm said, when I got the tyres off, there was no hope in tightening them.

Then a second set of second hand 17"s came along, that looked brand new... but one of those started leaking as soon as I got them on... plus, they creak along and thud with flat spots too.

Perm said to me, and I totally agree with him, that if you want wires go for 14" and below...

Go for some sick 13s, man...   get this sort of look?  The car will be slamming!

i'm pretty sure these were 14 std's and they wouldn't clear the calipers :(
did look cool as hell though!
i reckon with a bit of grinder action it might go but not sure
