« on: February 19, 2007, 08:45:30 PM »
Hi, havn't been on here for ages, did the forum go down last year? the new years been good cos I've finally started the bay project, I did put up a few posts i the past bout ideas but now its actually happening! :D, i got a different username cos I haven't got a clue what my old one was! Ive put some pics below showing my low bay, no hydros yet but they will be happening currently just choppin the van about trying a few things but I have squeesed a V8 in without putting a stupid box or bulge on the back.

Hope you like the pics, keep up the good work with all these great motors on this forum.

Ant if you need a front beam, I should be able to supply you with one build from scratch, new bearings, bushes, narrowed upto 6" etc or help you sort out moding yours, is your bay in good nik?.  I forgot to mention it will run the standard 4 speed vw gearbox case but I'm hoping to get a really tall top gear made so that i'll do over a ton

esses if I'm lucky when i build the front sus the wheel may go further in up in arch, yeee haaaa

Has any body done any stainless welding with a mig, any advice would be appreciated.
