Not good, that bonnet must have a fair bit of weight pushing onto it. Knowing you, you will have it back on road over the weekend.  Whats the other side like?

Not good, that bonnet must have a fair bit of weight pushing onto it. Knowing you, you will have it back on road over the weekend.  Whats the other side like?

I made some washers from heavy flat bar and patched it up back to driveable in an hour (the bonnet looks like shit after I stamped on it a few times but it still gets me to work every day). The new top mounts arrived Friday and needed a bit of machining to accept the fatter shaft size of the ram, all done now. I've also got a replacement bonnet and O/S wing to go on once they are painted (they went to the body shop today). :)
