How To Test If A Pump Is Dead?

Rite..... it was working fine.. both running off 24v ... naw all of a sudden my right pump is SLOW !
Any ideas how i can test to see if its deaD??

if it is spinning slow first thing is to double check all earth continuity.

then rig the wiring so you can spin it and pump straight back to tank. If it is slow with no load and your earths are Ok chances are it dead.
If it spins faster with no load you have a restriction in the system somwhere that is creating high pressure and so slowing it down.
Most things improve with age................
