progress so far stripped it all out roughly mounted the batteries dunnoo where the hell im guna mount the pumps...!! 1 bank of 48v or 2 banks of 24v ?? mmm :?

if you go 48 deffo put the batts in a fully welded subframe fully welded/braced to the body [and plate around those holes ! ]

I'd say go 24v first so you can get your head round how it moves before you break anything then if it's painfully slow try 48v later.

After gettin bord with the hoses running the way they were messey and under the back seats.... i have done the following stripped it out and started again

Bulkhead separtors on the car :D



Runs nicely up the cill then for a nice fit



another seperator in the rear with the hole held up and plugged in !! (ignore the large hole on the top of the pic orignal hole for the hose to run though !! )

thats looking better :)

I would be inclined to put a dab of loctite on the fitting at the ram. it will try to unwind with steering movement.

looks good tony but if a hose goes your gonna need an umbrella ella ella ,keep up the good work  8)
