wiring diagram
« on: December 19, 2009, 12:00:37 PM »
Hi does anyone have a 6 switch wiring diagram for a single 12v rayvern pump with one dump on pump and 1 for each ram?
i want to have 1 switch for each corner, 1 switch for fronts and 1 switch for rears. All switches have 6 terminals.
Also what do i need to change if i wanted to run it on 24v?
thanks in advance Damien

worked one out but not drawn in a "web" format. going to bed now!
(you will have to use diodes to use 6 prong switches for all your moves]

I've already got some diodes ready to fit. With the help with Tony's diagram which is how i already had it wired for two switches.i made up this diagram for 4 switches.

i have wired it that way but its not working right.it raises fine but maybe a bit slow but the whole car drops in one go on any switch.
here is how its plumbed up.

ive just done some more checks and it seems to be the rear dumps are not holding presure.if i disconnect them they stop it from raising but it still drops when operating the front dump while the rears are disconnected.
