Newbie split
« on: December 14, 2009, 08:56:33 PM »
Hi guys.
Finally got my arse round to joining ypur lovely forum :D

Ive got a 64 split van which ive had for 5 years now.
It started off almost completely standard when i bought it,like this

Ive done all the work myself, irs'd the rear end,4 inch narrowed beam with 3 1/2 dropped spindles.
And all the interior.
Now looks like this(without hydros)

Wanting to keep it this low but more drivable, ive fitted one pump,4 accumulators and 13 inch rams up front.
Now just about to buy some of rays 6inch rams for the back. ;)
Not had a chance to drive anywhere yet,as ive only just test fitted it all in.
.
Cheers for listening to me waffle on.
Hope ypou dont mind a vw in the midst? ;)
