those ones only restrict one way.
look at the pic on the knob...............
dlow from b to A goes trhough the adjustable valve or can blow past the ball check valve.
Flow from A to B can go through the adj or can hit the ball in the check valve which will stop it SO it has to go through the adjuster hence restricting the drop speed.
So you moiunt them in the return line from ram to pump unit but on the pump unit side of where the acc tees off, with A pointing towards the ram.
