The list has gone, heres the email i just sent, PLEASE NOTE THAT NO-ONE NEEDS TO PRE-BOOK LIKE LAST YEAR, ALL CLUB CAMPING PASSES FOR NONE DISPLAY VEHICLES WILL BE SENT TO ME TO FORWARD OUT TO YOU, YOU CAN PRE-BOOK IF YOU WANT, BUT YOU DONT NEED TO MENTION CLUB CAMPING!...

Quote
Rick/Donna,

Heres the finalised display vehicle and club camping list for 2009, this list will not be updated or re-worked in anyway unlike last year which admittedly got a little out of hand! Anyone not on the display vehicle list will be told to pay the entry fee and hope that there is spare club camping passes available if people dont turn up, today was the deadline date for entrys and im sticking by that!

With regards to club camping, after a phone conversation with Rick its been decided that all displaying vehicles (34 in total) that will have two complimentry entry tickets will also have club camping passes available on arrival for collection on the gate (as per last year). None display vehicles (23 in total) however, will have all their club camping passes sent to my address below for me to forward out individually to save you the paperwork, these people will have to pay either on the gate or pre-book whenever suits, either way they wont need to book club camping space as i will have already done so. Would it be possible to get these passes out as soon as possible so i have enough time to forward them on before the event?

Id like to point out that although the total number is high, 57 vehicles in total for club camping, our group (named UK Lowriders) is a combination of members from 4 different clubs all connected to the lowrider scene (Tru-Rydaz/Lo-Rdz/Unity/Cheese Racing).

Also there is talk of an American lowrider video magazine company named 'Roll'n Lowrider videos'; (http://www.myspace.com/rollnlowridervideos), flying over for Bug Jam to film a UK scene special which could prove beneficial to all involved with regards to free worldwide promotion of your event and our scene.

I hope all is present and correct and if not please get in touch asap so i can rectify any mistakes, my number is (removed) and you can call me any time. Id also like to thankyou on behalf of the lowriding scene for taking the time and effort to help organise this for us, Bug Jam has always been a big event for us and long may it continue! We'd love to share a drink with you so please feel free to come over for a chat during the coarse of the weekend.

Now to the important bit!

My address for you to send out the 23 club camping passes for none display vehicles:

removed for privicy

theres good new and bad news, and theres other news too, im gettin fed up of organising shit.

good news - finally, after waiting all day i called rick, only for him to have to call me back, turns out all is present and correct (yeah right) according to my email and the passes will be sent to me. they just normally dont sent them out this early, to which i said i wont have much time to forward them on, so he said he'll see what he can do.

bad news - just checked my email and ive have a message from donna (who sorts the club camping as apposed to rick who's incharge of displaying), she says the last time she spoke to rick the deal was all none displaying vehicles have to pre book like last year, now i dont know what the fuck is happening, ive text rick to see what he says, all i can reccomend is if you are a none displaying vehicle and your name is on the list for club camping, phone up and book your tickets asap. that way youre guarantee'd a pass regardless.

 :(

p.s. this doesnt affect any displaying lowriders

the show vehicles aint a problem, all the tickets and passes will be on the gate for those in lows, its everyone else they cant seem to deal with!

we had 23 last year turn up, want to beat that this year but of the 34 im pretty sure at least 5 wont make it and another 5 are people who let us down last year so its gonna be tight.

turns out there has been a huge mix up, ive been told one thing by rick but thats total bollocks, donna aint happy, but as its been left too late all non-displaying vehicles club camping passes are being sent to me, pre-booked or not...

if i dont get them in time to send them out, ill make it my mission to be there as early as poss and hand them out as people turn up.
