I've bought all my CCE stuff from Cool Cars and never had a problem. I've bought both direct from the shop, mail order to a US address and had stuff shipped to the UK. You get hit by customs, but otherwise smooth. They have always been most willing to help and are used to shipping outside the US.

I know Jim (Sir Nose) has also had stuff shipped over from CC with no problems.

TBH the only major probs I had with them was the cylinders and they have been redesigned.

i have been offered [rather Lo-rdz has been offered as that's the way i put it using my past trading as a lever] good discounts and no quaterly minimums for an annual bulk buy for roughly 4 - 5 systems

had a reply from pro-hopper, not too informative but a start at least vvv

The advise you got was not bad. It covered basically everything I can give you a quote and tell you how you can pay and how much it will be but first I need some information:

Your Full Name:
Street Address:
City:
State:
Zip Code:
Telephone number:

This kit will work good for your Lincoln no problem here are some pics of  a lincoln we did here at Pro Hopper See Attachments

   Good Afternoon

I am making an enquiry from the United Kingdom. I am a member of Lo-rdz Lowrider Club here in England and we are struggling to get a good supplier of hydraulics kits / parts. I am now in the process of sourcing a way forward for us to import kits and supplies.
Can you respond to me to let me know whether you can help or advise us before we start investigating further?

I have copied and pasted below an initial typical set up we would require here in the uk. (from somelses advice)

Your selected kit is good but here's a few pointers..................[assuming this is for the linc and you will be running 36v, no serious hopping]

The Pro Competition FBSS kit includes:
2 Competition Pumps (G-Force II Gears)
   2 8in. Competition cylinders
   2 10in. Competition cylinders
   4 G-Force II Dumps
   2 Regular Cups
   2 Deep Cups
   4 donuts
   2 15ft #6 hose
   1 4ft. #6 hose
   1 3ft. #6 hose
   4 return hose
   6 Accumax Solenoids
   1 Pre-Wired 10 Switch Panel
   8 3/8 - #6 hose elbow
   4 3/8 - #6 straight
   2 3/8 brass slowdown
   2 3/8 - 3/8 straight
   4 3/8 check valves
   2 #6 - 3/8 - #6 Tee
   2 1/2 - 3/8 swivel straight
   2 3/8f - 3/8f - 3/8m Tee
   4 solenoid connectors

(quoted from some else) It comes with G-Force II Gears, which is good.
Ask for #8. Any bigger will reduce the charge cycle of 36v.
   Select Upgrade 2.
You want to go coil over [for safety] and power balls [for reliability] on the rear.
If you want chrome cyl you need to select Upgrade 3
Personally I wouldnt bother as they wont stay hrome for long in UK!
   Select upgrade 4
Deep cups for the front. Makes the front coil far less likely to pop out
   Select upgrade 7
12" rear cyls. The Linc should easily handle them.
Get coils from them as well
Ask for advice but I would reckon precut 2 Ton for the rear [may need cutting] 3 1/2 Ton for the front [also will need cutting to get the drop you want]

Tip........ run on the coils as they come for a couple of months. They WILL "shrink" a bit. If you trim them first you will end up too low and if you "bed them in" b4 fitting as they commonly do in US you still dont know if they will "bed in" more.

For the extra cost [while you are shipping anyway] consider getting spare motor/pump couplings [2], Solenoids [6], cyl seal kits [8] + bushings [4] and Blow Proof seals [2]

If you go more than 36v you also want more solenoids and Upgrade 8 [fatter hoses]

If you do a group buy add a box of Solenoids and some motors. (end quote)

If you can help or advise it would greatly appreciated

   Thanks in Advance, Russell Venvil
