Has anyone done it? What complications did you run into? Pics?

coils all roung so fairly basic the one problem you will find is the front effective weight is high............. even tho the vehicle has a low front weight the geometry of the bottom arms and pivot points give a high spring loading, you cant relocate a bag to compesate for this without fouling steering arms etc. so there is more fabricating than other vehicles.
you'll need AT LEAST a 2B6 ext bag and preferably a high pressure/load bag with a system running 175psi working pressure.

It is not coils all around. The front is a torsion bar setup. Please remember that the van is FWD.

ah........ mixing up my models/years there

even more fabbing to do on the front then. you need to wind the torsion bar laoding right off AND find somewhere to install a bag that is around 3" closed and 5.5" min dia clearance

Hey, I try ;)

Smooth, that would be for the front. Out back I would recommend either the 2B6 as FD said or Slam RE6's.

So I guess I will just have to do some fabrication in the front to make it work?

Here are pics of the front setup so you can see what I am dealing with:

very tight...........

if you wanted Hydraulics then a cyl would replace the shock fairly easy but for air I see no where to mount a bag and a sleeve or bag over shock would be way too big in dia.
Maybe you need to look at the other end of the torsion bar and see if a cantilever system can be fabbed there in place of the fixed mount

That is what I am afraid of. It has been done before on a Eurovan but can't seem to find any pics of anyone's setup.

Airdraulics could be one option??

Then you couls use 7's or 8's for a nice smooth ride.
