The website is all about the show and venue mainly with a link to a forum i/we set up.
easyer to take a look and see we r not trying to be a rival forum, its basicly show info, updates,place to show your intrest, links and a chatroom thats about it
just makes it easyer to manage and keeps everythink neutral

we have the chance to help a little girl close to the venue
to raise money for her.

WE will be doing a charity cruise for her on the sat evening to a local spot.
It will be plugged all over the area and on the net to get lots of people there to raise money for her.

OK peeps, we're in the middle stages of organizing this years meet, and
it's looking pretty dammned good. We've expanded on the basic format and
added a few tweaks taken from your feedback last year.
We'd love it if anyone interested in going this year would take 5 mins
to pop along to the info forum, sign up and post a quick "i'm in" kinda
post.
The reason we're asking this is because we're running blind on expected
numbers for May, and a quick post from everyone would give us a
great indication as to what attendance to expect so we can work out
pitches, catering and other costs.

We'll be keeping the info forum upadated regularly and any major changes
will be published there and circulated via a group member newsletter, so
there are benefits to taking a 5 min timeout

on the sunday we are thinking of putting on some sports fun events for the kids (and Adults !).

Prizes and points to individuals and clubs, those with the most points....erm..... wins oddly enough

hoop game  (throw the hoop over the poles each pole has a different score, the highest score wins)

bean bag catching ( u throw it to each other and every time caught its 2 steps back from each other till someone fails to catch it) for the adults could change this to a raw egg LOL
