Hey all - i'm thinking of upping my new batts to a larger Ah...

ATM they're 100Ah, 800cca.... worth me doing or not ? I can go up to 130ah 850cca appx without spending too much more money....

surely the pump will only draw it's max currant, bigger batts will only flow more current if the originals were at there max already?

Amps aren't my concern, longevity is. Going up a few more Ah, should give me a longer run between charges ( plus more weight in the trunk ;) )

under normal useage yes........... but when locked uo [or jammed switch situation] the current will soar.
"it's max current" is only what would be expected at "normal" flow and pressure....... no matter who is on the switches there are peaks that are not normal
